Prior to launching her own consulting firm, Niquelle was the Director of Engagement for BrightBytes, a research and analytics company, engaging states and districts across the east coast to remove the barrier of technology through simplification, automation, and ultimately interoperability.

Prior to BrightBytes, Niquelle worked with Pearson, the largest publisher in the world, as an Account General Manager and Platform Specialist across two markets: the Mid Atlantic and Florida. Niquelle focused on the sales, marketing, deployment, and technical integration of numerous Pearson offerings that ultimately contributed to achieving deliberate customer satisfaction.

Leading up to the Pearson assignment, Niquelle was the Florida and Mid Atlantic Regional Sales Director for Schoolnet, a 2013 Pearson acquired company, providing a platform focused on data transformation for district stakeholders. It was in this role that she perfected her consulting engagement protocol for K-12 that established her keen eye for qualitative and quantitative evidence of best practice. Niquelle has helped many school districts gain access to integrated data that provided district stakeholders the ability to leverage formative and summative assessment data; rich digital instructional and curriculum management; and lastly, systemic district and building level reporting.

In past years, Niquelle held the position of Small Business Commissioner for Fairfax County in the Herndon/Reston district where she worked with county executives to empower local, small businesses that provided additional knowledge into the political arena. Niquelle’s previous experience includes successful tenures with Compass Group, where she had sales accountability for delivering nutritional solutions to districts and private schools in Maryland, Virginia, Washington, D.C. and North Carolina. While there, she balanced a national support role for colleagues outside of her region. Her earlier career was spent working with Siemens Information & Communication Networks and IBM for ten years in various roles around the country where she accumulated multiple sales excellence awards.
